ASSESSMENT
Excellence Through People accreditation comprises a series of assessments over a three-year-cycle.
Firstly you will have an initial assessment by one of our assessors. During this session, your assessor will gather the information and evidence necessary to measure up your employment practices against the Excellence Through People Code. If you meet the requirements, you will be recognised with the award of a Certificate of Good Recruitment, Good Employment or Best Employment Practice.
In each of the following two years, you will then self-assess your business. This self-assessment involves you completing the Excellence Through People checklist and preparing a simple Improvement Plan. You can either do it on line, using your username and password, or on paper. Our assessor will give you advice and support throughout this self-assessment process.
In the third year you will be re-assessed by our assessor.
All your assessment, self-assessment results and confidential benchmarking reports will be available on-line. They will be password protected and available only to you and your assessor.
